I have two suggestions that Im not sure where noticed in the "meeting" we had the 17 (Saturday) so just making sure.
1. There should be cooldowns for certain moves. An example would be "Tenketsu Hagemi Destroy". This move, for hyuugas, can be used repeatedly without stop while it severely drains the opponents chakra. Sure there is an opposite move of it but that spam can still be annoying.
2. Change the damage dealt from Taijutsu/Ninjutsu/Genjutsu. Even though people's health can go into the millions and beyond, everyone is still able to be one hit ko'd by one move or so, depending on stats. This makes fighting so boring and easy for one opponent to win in a battle, like chunnin exams. People should be able to take hits like the npcs we fight.
