New light Tue Dec 04, 2012 8:10 amok....if you use steal eye...then it will fail...but it can be leveld up....cuz mdics will get a steal eye mastery...it will fail a few but as you lvl it up by taking eyes it will fail less and have more succsess of geting a eye same is for dna and to make more chalinging and balanced same thing will go for implanting em
