1 you could use the sharingan alot but this time youll have a sharingan uses..however if you have 2
implanted youl get left and right sharingan uses sepritly...so you lvl up 1 to 3 you got lvl 3..like 75 sharingan uses right eye lvl 3
or 75 sharingan uses left eye lvl 3...the other wont lvl up if you use just one to lvl up the other click it like left eye 12..,right eye 15
2 you get anther sharingan implant in the other eye and its just lvl 2 and the other is lvl 3 you use lvl 2 while the others implanted it will be lvl 3 next time you use it
